Ingredients
- 2 pounds carrots, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1/2 C pineapple juice
- 1 13 ou can pineapple chunks, drained
Instructions
4-6 servings. Place carrots, salt, butter, and pineapple juice in pressure cooker. Cook 3 minutes. Cool pressure cooker at once. Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
