Instant Pot Pumpkin Puree

"Learn how to make pumpkin puree using the Instant Pot pressure cooker. This basically steams the whole pumpkin, so the skin falls off easily. This is my preferred way to make pumpkin puree because it's so easy! You can then use the puree to make a pie, pumpkin bread, or other fall recipe. You can freeze the leftovers to use later. I use pie pumpkins and can fit one to one and a half in my 6 quart to make a few cups of puree at a time."
