Ingredients
- 2 Lg onions, diced
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 16 potatoes, diced in large pieces
- cooked ham, diced (optional)
- 1 TBS chicken bouillon
- 2 tsps basil
- milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmasean cheese, optional
Instructions
In the bottom of the Pressure Cooker saute onion and garlic in butter until almost carmelized. Add Potatoes, bouillon, basil and optional ingredients. Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring up to pressure and cook for 13 minutes. Quick cool or let pressure go down on it's own. Add enough milk to fill the soup pot to your liking. Heat to serving temperature and season to taste.
