Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Combine ground beef, rice, salt, pepper and tomato puree. Mix well and form into 16 balls. Heat cooker; add oil and brown meatballs on all sides. Add onion, tomato sauce, celery, and green pepper. Combine salt, ground mustard and sugar; add to sauce. Close lid securely and bring to pressure. Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes. Serves 4.
