Tuna and Rice

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 1 (6 oz) can tuna fish, drained
- 1 teapsoon worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 teapsoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
Heat cooker; add oil and saute mushrooms, onion, celery and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and bring to pressure. Cook for 8 minutes. Serves 4.
