Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil or applesauce
3 (to 5) mashed bananas
1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash bananas, mix with rest of ingredients.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans and bake for 30 35 minutes or pour batter into a Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.

I will add this to my cake mix recipe collection. I have a few fro scratch banana bread recipes, but I haven't made one with a cake mix. I need to pick up some bananas next week so I can make this!
