This Irish soda bread with brandy soaked raisins sounds really special. I have never seen brandy or raisins in soda bread before so I would be excited to try this in it. Does it matter what brandy you use? I think this is a recipe my partner will love too.

What a great idea. Irish Soda Bread with BRANDY SOAKED RAISINS. I love the traditional Irish soda bread on St. Patrick's Day, and I just think the brandy soaked raisins are really going to take it to the next level. I can't wait to add this to the menu this year.
