Super Easy Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin bread recipes are one of my favorite things to make during the fall and winter season. It pretty much fits in with all the fall and winter holidays as well. This recipe for Super Easy Pumpkin Bread will be a godsend at your house too.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts and/or raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sift together dry ingredients. Combine other ingredients, except nuts/raisins, in a second bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to other bowl and stir to combine. Add nuts/raisins. Pour in well-greased loaf pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

350 IS the correct temperature. First ingredient is 1 1/2 cups also, I didn't have raisins so I substitued chopped dates. The bread is delicious.

This is NOT a perfect recipe, but I am going to give it a try. Looking at other pumpkin bread recipes, they bake at 325, 350, or 375 degrees. I am going to start at 350 and see how this turns out.
