These look absolutely splendid! I'm wondering why Applebee's deleted these from their menu since I would certainly order these. I'd like to experiment with these when I make them since I'd like to try using some different toppings besides pepperoni. I think sausage and ham would be good toppings, along with some thin sliced pepper and onion. It's definitely something to keep in mind as an appetizer or a snack when I'm watching TV.
