Copycat Panera Bread Frontega Chicken Panini is an impressive sandwich you can make at home. Easy panini recipes like this make excellent lunches, and this copycat Panera sandwich is one of the best. Shredded chicken, homemade chipotle mayonnaise, and mozzarella are pressed between two pieces of focaccia bread. This flavorful sandwich is way more filling and exciting than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. If you make the chicken and mayo the day before, it's a cinch to throw together.

My usual go-to Panera panini sandwich is the Steak and White Cheddar, but the Frontega Chicken Panini looks really good too. The homemade chipolte mayo sounds wonderful, and I know I'm going to be making up some of it for sandwiches and burgers. This is definitely going on the to-make list since this sandwich looks absolutely delicious.

I don't like the meats that Panera uses, so I usually only get their vegetarian sandwiches. I'm glad I found a homemade version. It's exactly the same, except I can use a brand of chicken that I actually like. And the homemade chipotle mayo is divine!
