I am definitely making this for my husband. He loves orange chicken. This seems pretty simple. I think it would be good with some added vegetables such as carrots and broccoli to round it out.

This tastes so fresh when made at home. The sauce isn't too thick and gloppy, like it's been simmering and reducing all day. You can adjust the sriracha to your level of heat, but the sweetness of the other ingredients balances out the heat and gives you the sriracha flavor. But it does taste good as leftovers, too, if you want to take it to work for lunch the next day
