I really like this recipe. It's surprising how some really good recipes from restaurants fall by the wayside over time. I'm grateful this recipe got posted since I've made a rather inferior version of this in the past and this is a vast improvement over my previous attempt. We have most of the ingredients already on hand, so this might make a nice Sunday evening dinner.

Copycat recipes are great and this is no exception. I love being able to make restaurant dishes at home. Especially when I can't afford to go out. I always think what I make ends up tasting better because it is fresher. And sometimes the restaurant version seems overdone. Parmesan cheese sauce over breaded and chicken is a meal made in heaven.
