Easy Rice Porridge
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked, leftover rice
- 2 oz.s cooked chicken
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 diced onion
- 1 garlic clove
- a couple slices of red bell pepper, diced
- 1 egg
- dried chives
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine broth and rice. Cook on low heat and add remaining ingredients. Let this all simmer together about an hour.
