    Easy Rice Porridge

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 1 cup cooked, leftover rice
    • 2 oz.s cooked chicken
    • 1 tomato
    • 1/4 diced onion
    • 1 garlic clove
    • a couple slices of red bell pepper, diced
    • 1 egg
    • dried chives
    • soy sauce
    • sesame oil
    • salt and pepper

    Instructions

    Combine broth and rice. Cook on low heat and add remaining ingredients. Let this all simmer together about an hour.
