"Instant Pot Brown Rice has become very popular in our house. We love adding cilantro or something else to give it even more flavor. It makes a great side or a great base for lots of different dishes. And we think making rice in the Instant Pot is the best preparation method. It's super easy, it's super fast, and let's be honest...it's hard to screw up which is important in a busy household with lots of young picky eaters."

I am just learning about the Instant Pot. Do you have one and what do you think of it? Is it worth the investment when I already have a slow cooker and a rice cooker? I love rice. Brown rice has a nice nutty flavor to it. I like the thought of tossing it into the Instant Pot and having a batch big enough to last a couple of meal. This recipe is helpful as I would not have known it would need oil rather than water alone. Thanks for the information.
