Coriander and Creme Fraiche Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons creme fraiche
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 handfuls fresh coriander, pounded or finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
