Ingredients
- 2 parts olive oil
- 1 part balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 shallot, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 squirt Dijion mustard
- 1 squirt honey
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in either a mason jar or bowl. If using a mason jar, seal the jar and shake well before serving. If using a bowl, whisk ingredients together until combined before serving.

I love these quick bite recipes and I love a vinaigrette. I would definitely like to try and make this one. It looks so easy and it uses ingredients you have in your store cupboard. I will certainly try it out as a marinade as well maybe over some lamb chops.
