I would like to try this salad dressing simply because the author says its so good. I live in South Africa and I don't know what Romano cheese is. Can someone please tell me? I would perhaps put in some Parmesan cheese. Does Romano taste similar to that? I'm keen to try this one out.

With summer rapidly approaching, I've been looking for some new salad dressings to try, since there are only a few store-bought ones I care for. This sounds quite tempting and I think it would be wonderful on the basic salads I usually make. I have a fondness for oil and vinegar dressings that incorporate cheese, so I know I'll be giving this recipe a try.
