Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 teaspoon dill pickle relish
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons diced celery
- 2 tablespoons diced green pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced green onion
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender. Mix on high for 2 minutes. Store in air tight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Serve over salad or fresh vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
