Warm Bacon Dressing
Ingredients
- 6 slices crumbled bacon
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Instructions
Sprinkle the bacon and eggs on the spinach, then pour the shaken dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
