Green Bean Salad
"I grew up eating this amazing green bean salad at home. We would have it during the warmer spring and summer days as a side dish with most meals. You can prepare this cold green bean salad in advance by keeping the cooked green beans ready. Simply add the vinaigrette dressing to the salad just before serving time. That way you can prepare a much larger batch to feed a crowd too if needed. This makes a great tailgating or bbq party salad too. You can also add some other flavor and texture giving ingredients such as crispy crumbled bacon or fresh tomatoes and sliced onions."
