I love this Reuben Salad recipe because it is so clever and innovative. It is simply a deconstructed Reuben sandwich served in the form of a salad with the addition of the Romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes. It's a great idea for a lunch with the girls. It delivers all the flavors of a Reuben sandwich in a "format" the ladies will enjoy.
