Fresh & Fruity Chicken Salad

"Whenever I make this amazing chicken salad recipe (and let me assure you, it absolutely is amazing), I have to make a double batch because it is our babysitters favorite treat. And heaven knows I love feeding people, so it makes me happy to do this. The chicken salad never lasts long, because the two of us sneak into the fridge all day to steal little bites. Mmmmmm.
