I agree, quinoa is healthy and full of nutrients, high in protein and low in fats. I think it is brilliant in salads. What I like about this salad is that is clean, simple and clean. The ingredients are what you typically have in your fridge (except olive paste but I always have olives) - no fuss at all. I like the look of this salad and am going to give it try.
