"A delicious and beautiful layered, Mexican salad to celebrate Christmas with the fresh winter fruit and vegetables. The recipe I saw was for a composed salad, but I started making it as a layered salad. It is stunningly beautiful that way with layers of red, green and white. I like to throw in some orange too. Making it into a layered salad shows off each color and makes it a centerpiece of a Christmas celebration."
