Pacific Lime Mold
Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. lime Jello
- 18 oz.s can crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
Dissolve Jello in water. Add juices. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy. Fold in: 1 cup whipped cream (or 8 oz. Cool Whip) 2 cups cottage cheese pineapple 1/2 cup chopped pecans Chill until set.
