Around the holidays, my mother in law always makes this fluff when I am coming over, since I like it so much. I've tried several different "fluffs" over the years at various gatherings, and I think the pistachio version is by far my favorite. I like the little bit of crunchiness from the nuts - walnuts or unshelled pistachios are great in this.
