    Ramen Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
    • 1/2 small Napa cabbage
    • 1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken
    • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, roasted
    • 1 pkg. bean sprouts
    • 2 chopped green onions
    • 2 cups chopped mushrooms, fresh
    • 1/2 pkg. chow mein noodles

    Instructions

    Dressing: 1/2 cup veg. oil 2-4 Tbsp soy sauce 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar salt & pepper to taste Mix dressing. Toss with salad.
