I love how colorful and bright this easy pasta salad is! The kids seem to love just about all things pasta, especially if it has bacon in it. I like to make a batch of this for a wholesome and hearty treat after school, and I frequently bring it with me for lunch at work!

Everything about this deli salad sounds spectacular! I love pasta salads, and I think it's great when I see a new take on them. First of all, I always use Italian dressing or mayo, so using cream cheese and ranch dressing is creative. Also, I like the addition of bacon and cheese cubes. We will have this a few times before summer is over.
