I love adding fruit to salads. Fruit in a salad makes it taste fresher. I think the fennel is this salad is also going to be very tasty. I also love the idea of using orange juice in the salad dressing. Topping it off with pomegranate arils is the ultimate topping. I can't wait to try this.
