I have always adored simple chicken salad recipes, and especially loved the ones I could get at restaurants. Now, even better are recipes like these that are easy enough to follow, and combine awesome ingredients like pecans and apples with leafy greens and chicken pieces for endless delicious combinations that never fail to feed my soul as well as my stomach.
