"I decided to step outside my comfort zone and try a new salad. My husband Paul absolutely loves it when I do this. He is a lover of all things fresh and green. Adding strawberries, glazed walnuts and making a homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and adding it to a bowl of mixed greens made this a hit. The man was licking his lips! The Balsamic Vinaigrette was not only easy , it was delicious. We’ve made the glazed walnuts for our delicious salad, picked the fruit of our choice to add to the salad and will top this delicious combination of flavors with our homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette, the only thing left to do is EAT!
