Awesome Avocado & Tomato Salsa
There's really nothing better for parties than easy Mexican salsa recipes, people love them. So you'll be really glad you made up a batch of this Awesome Avocado & Tomato Salsa. It's awesome for a reason!
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 juice of one lime
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 yellow pepper, seeded, and finely chopped
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded, and finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently toss to together with a fork. It's that easy!
