Yes! One more salsa recipe! I love salsa and nachos.

Summer Strawberry Salsa, what will they think of next. I love exploring new flavor combinations and the strawberry salsa definitely fits the bill. The combination of sweet and savory with just a hint of spice is absolutely the best. This Summer Strawberry Salsa will be making an appearance at my next Summer party.

I have made mango salsa and papaya salsa before, but never really thought to try it with strawberries. Around mid June I always have a ton of strawberries ripe in my garden, along with green onions and cilantro. The creaminess of the cheese would go beautifully with the sweetness of the berries and the red bell peppers. A little dash of red wine vinegar might be nice in this mix too.

I love adding cheese to fruit. I didn't go looking for a strawberry salsa but saw this recipe and had to have a look. Am I ever glad I did! I was surprised to see that this also has chili in it. I can't wait to try these flavor combinations. I am sure everything goes well together.
