Black Bean Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 to 3 large tomatoes or 10 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 to 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
- 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced (dried or fresh)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- garlic salt, to taste
- white pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
