Ingredients

  • 1 large can (28 oz) chopped tomatoes plus juice
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 green onion stalks, chopped
  • 3 1/2 ounces roasted red peppers
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 2-3 dashes Cholula sauce
  • Cilantro (small bunch) finely chopped (or 2 tbsp. dried cilantro)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in bowl and serve with tortilla chips. Flavor improves after being refrigerated overnight before serving.
