Salsa Cerveza with Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pound (1/2 kg) tomatoes, seeded, drained, and chopped
- 1/4 cup chili beer
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup onion
- 3 jalapenos, minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Let stand for at least two hours, chill if desired. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Serve with tortilla chips.
