Salsa Cruda

Ingredients

  • 2 medium or 1 very large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions or green onions
  • Leaves from 6 sprigs of cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 fresh jalapenos or 3 fresh serrano chiles, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white distilled vinegar

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and serve cool or at room temperature.
