Salsa Cruda
Ingredients
- 2 medium or 1 very large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions or green onions
- Leaves from 6 sprigs of cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 fresh jalapenos or 3 fresh serrano chiles, seeds removed and finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- pinch of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of white distilled vinegar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and serve cool or at room temperature.
