I noticed at our local Kroger that Nathan's Hot Dogs has started selling their onion sauce. I haven't had a chance to pick up a package and see how it matches up against this recipe. I'm not all that fond of red sauces on hot dogs, but I'm interested enough to give this a try. I'm interested in experimenting with a mustard version, since onions and mustard are two of my favorite hot dog toppings.
