Portabello and Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 whole Portabello mushroom, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- Red, yellow, green, and orange bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 pocketless pitas
Instructions
Grill or saute veggies, melt mozzarella on pitas either on grill or in toaster oven, spoon veggies on top of melted cheese and roll up burrito style.
