Chimichurri Sauce Recipe
"Generally, you would pair this sauce with steak, but it’s perfectly fine to use it to liven up other cuts of beef, chicken or fish. I like to use it with a Dijon and herb rubbed rib roast, as well as with steak and other dishes. Chimichurri sauce is usually used for grilling meats, although it’s versatile enough to use as a marinade, seasoning or sauce with food you’re pan cooking, roasting or cooking with other methods."
