Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
- 16 ounces can Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
In the top of a double boiler, melt butter. Add can chocolate syrup and condensed milk. Blend together well with a wire whisk. Continue heating to desired thickness, stirring occasionally, approximately 20 minutes. Pour over ice cream, pound cake, etc. Keep remainder in a jar in the refrigerator. Jan
