Potsticker Sauce

"My potsticker sauce is soy and vinegar based, spicy, garlicky, and the most wonderful combination of different Asian spices, seasonings, sauces, and flavors. As much as I love fried wontons, dumplings, and pot stickers, what I really love most of all is the dipping sauce.
