Red Wine Turkey Gravy
Thanksgiving dinner wouldn't be the same without an elegant homemade gravy recipe to have with your turkey and mashed potatoes. A must to anyone's Thanksgiving dinner menu, Red Wine Turkey Gravy has a wonderful flavor that enhances the taste of the turkey. Made from the juices of the cooked turkey, it makes each and every bite incredible.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup turkey fat, butter or mix
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup red wine
- 5 cups juices from slow cooked turkey or juices from roasted turkey mixed with chicken stock
Instructions

Preheat saucepan with oil to medium high heat.

Add flour and mix it in; cook for 2 minutes mixing constantly.

Add wine and mix with flour. Add juices from turkey and mix well together. Bring to boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer until desired thickness is reached.

Strain it thru fine strainer and serve immediately!
