Sesame Oil Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 heaping Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix all together except cornstarch. Then add cornstarch and stir. Add to cooked meat and vegetables as last step. Heat until thickened. May marinate meat in sauce. Good with chicken.
