Thanks to this recipe there will not be any ordinary potato salad at my Super Bowl party this year. This is one of those what I call "why didn't I think of that" recipes. Potato salad served stuffed into potato shells, how cool is that. The recipe is easy to follow and the author's notes and suggestions are helpful.
