Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 3 cups Ritz Crackers
- 30 ounces Canned Whole Kernel Corn
- 30 ounces Canned Cream Corn
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Run Ritz crackers through a food processor to turn into crumbs. While processing, drizzle in the melted butter. Remove 2 handfuls of the topping to use in the casserole and set the rest of the topping aside.
