Ingredients
- 8 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 tablespoons Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Serve any fruit
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder

Mix castor sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and keep aside.

Remove the crust from the bread slices. Roll them gently using a rolling pin.

Apply Kissan Mixed Fruit jam on the slices and roll them tightly.

Whisk egg and milk in a bowl.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.

Dip the bread rolls in an egg and milk mixture and place them in the pan. Cook from all sides until browned.
