Mini Strawberry Almond Yogurt Tarts

Ingredients
- 3 cups large flake oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons agave
- 3 containers (5.3 oz each) Silk Almond Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative, Strawberry
- 1 cup strawberries

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

In food processor, pulse together oats, cranberries, sunflower seeds, sugar, agave and cinnamon until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Add coconut oil; pulse until mixture is evenly coated and well combined.

Press mixture evenly into bottom and up side of prepared muffin cups. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and firm. Let cool completely in pan.

Remove tarts from pan; fill with Silk Almond Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative. Top with sliced strawberries.
