These are as good as any store-bought granola bars I've ever had, if not much better. I love taking granola bars with me when I'm traveling. One of these and a cup of coffee or tea and I'm all set. A local Kroger is now offering a very good freshly ground almond butter and it's great for use in these. I've used the Cocoa Krispies in these on occasion, and it adds a nice little extra dimension of flavor.

These are basically chocolatey, almond buttery, healthy Rice Krispie treats! They seem very easy to make (and very easy to be tempted to eat the whole batch!). Do the bars really hold their shape as well as the picture shows? I've made bars similar to these and have had difficulties with the shapes at room temperature!
