- 1 large Yellow Onion
- 1 large Carrot
- 2 ribs Celery
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Diced oregano
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper

Heat a large soup pot over medium and add the olive oil. Then add the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
